Le Selve farmhouse
The recovery and conversion into a private residence of a seventeenth-century farmhouse protected by the Soprintendenza: foundations, walls, floors and roofs. Work is ongoing.

Boutique Hotel Il Rastrello
The restoration of Palazzo Grossi, a fourteenth-century noble palazzo in the centre of Panicale, which has become a boutique hotel. Since 2023 we have also worked on the neighbouring palazzo, to enlarge the hotel.

Ca' Litardo Suite & SPA
An old farmhouse in the countryside of Città della Pieve. The restoration is conservative and today the farmhouse is home to suites, a pool and a SPA.

Cathedral of Santi Gervasio e Protasio
Making safe the bell tower struck by lightning, the floor of the nave and the roofs of the canons’ houses. Gisleno and Aldo Scargiali had already worked on that bell tower.

La Casa sul Chiaro
A new house above Lake Chiusi, designed by architect Claudio Nardi: a rendered volume and a stone one with a garden roof. The project was selected for the exhibition Architects meet in Selinunte 2023.

Ristorante Molino 49
The Fè olive oil mill, built in 1949 in viale dei Cappuccini. We restored it and adapted it into a restaurant and wine bar.

Monastery of the Poor Clares
Roofs, façades and seismic improvement of the monastery of Santa Lucia, damaged by the 1997 earthquake. In 2019 we returned to pave the outdoor area.

Arch of Norcia
The arch of the entrance gateway, cracked by the earthquake of 30 October 2016: we made it safe with a steel structure, props under the arch and the repair of the cracks.
