What data we process

Browsing data

Like any website, this one receives some technical data from the browser of those who visit it: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, type of browser. These data are needed to make the website work and to protect it from abuse, not to identify those who visit it.

Data you send us

If you contact us by phone, email, PEC or WhatsApp, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, information about the property and the work) in order to reply to you.

Job applications

If you send us a job application, from the Careers page or in any other way, we process the data you give us and the data in your CV in order to assess it and, where appropriate, contact you again. We ask you not to include data that are not necessary, such as data concerning health.

When you submit the forms on the Contact and Careers pages, your data (and any CV) reach us by email: the website forwards them to our inbox and does not keep them. If you choose WhatsApp instead, the message opens ready-written in the app and you send it yourself.

Why we process them

• To reply to your requests and prepare a site visit or an estimate: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
• To assess the job applications you send us on your own initiative (Art. 6.1.b and Art. 111-bis of the Italian Privacy Code).
• To make the website work and protect it: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f).
• To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations, if a business relationship arises (Art. 6.1.c).

We keep the data for the time needed to reply and, if an engagement arises, for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law.

Who may receive them

The data are not disclosed to the public or sold. Some service providers may process them, on our behalf or as independent controllers:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and manages its security, including the anti-spam check on the forms (Turnstile);
• Resend, which delivers the emails from the website forms to our inbox;
• Google, which manages our email inbox and, only if you open it, the map on the Contact page;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp;
• our advisers, for example for accounting, if an engagement arises.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the Regulation (EU-US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access your data, correct them, erase them, restrict their processing, object to it or receive them in a machine-readable format (Arts. 15-22 of the Regulation), by writing to impresascargialimario@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics cookies. It only uses technical tools that are necessary for it to work:

On the Contact page the map is an image hosted on our server (data © OpenStreetMap). Only if you choose “Open the Google map” is Google Maps loaded, which may use its own cookies, in accordance with its privacy policy. The website’s fonts are hosted on our server and do not go through external services.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the technical cookie, it will not be possible to access the reserved area.
