How we work

A single point of contact

As well as running the company, surveyor Mario Scargiali personally oversees the work on site, from the first site visit to the handover.

On site, our own crews do the work. Alongside your designer, or as General Contractor with our trusted technical team, we follow every stage of the work, including permits and, on listed buildings, the dialogue with the Soprintendenza, the Italian heritage authority.
