The project
From oil to the table
The old olive oil mill of the Amministrazione Agraria Furio Fè, built in 1949 on viale dei Cappuccini, had fallen out of use, with the presses, the pressing mats and the oil jars still in place.
We restored it and transformed it into a restaurant and wine bar, recovering the existing spaces and preserving the façade with the arched roof. Beside the building, a new volume with terraces was added.
